These terms govern your use of huebugs.com and any purchase you make from Huebugs, operated by Achraf Ouzzaouit (individual / sole proprietor), Jersey City, NJ.
1. Made-to-order products
Our apparel is custom-made after you order — production begins shortly after purchase. Because each item is printed individually for you, it cannot be restocked or resold. Please review our Returns & Refunds page before ordering so you know exactly what's covered.
2. Order accuracy is your responsibility
Please double-check your size, color, design, and shipping address before completing checkout. Orders enter production quickly and can't be changed once making has started. An incorrect address you entered is not treated as a defect — see the Shipping Policy.
3. Pricing, availability, and fulfillment
Prices are in USD and shown at checkout along with shipping and taxes. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. Orders are fulfilled through our third-party print provider (Printful); production times (2–5 business days on average) and shipping times are estimates, never guaranteed dates.
4. Digital products
Digital downloads (coloring packs, PNG bundles, craft files) are delivered instantly after purchase and are for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files commercially. Broken or corrupt files will always be fixed or replaced free of charge.
5. Intellectual property
All Huebugs designs, artwork, text, and branding are the property of Huebugs / Achraf Ouzzaouit and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing on this site grants you ownership of our designs beyond the personal-use license for digital files and the physical item you purchased.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site (no fraud, no interference with the store's operation, no unlawful activity). If we ever offer custom uploads, you agree not to upload content you don't own or that infringes anyone's rights.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huebugs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
