Huebugs (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to huebugs.com and any purchase or interaction with our store.

What we collect

Order information: your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number (if you provide one), plus what you ordered. We need this to fulfill your order.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Account/marketing information: your email address if you sign up for our newsletter, discounts, or notifications.
Device and browsing information: cookies and similar technologies collect information like your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about them, send marketing you opted into, improve our store, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with (and why)

Shopify — our store platform; processes orders, payments, and store analytics.
Printful — our print-on-demand fulfillment provider; receives your name, shipping address, and order details to make and ship your items.
Meta Pixel (when installed) — measures advertising performance.
Klaviyo (when installed) — sends order emails and marketing emails you signed up for.
OneSignal (when installed) — sends web push notifications you opted into.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies for core store functions (cart, checkout), analytics, and — when installed — advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) and marketing (Klaviyo, OneSignal). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the store works.

Your rights and choices

Access and correction: email support@huebugs.com to review or request changes to your personal information.
Marketing opt-out: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also email us to opt out. Push notifications can be turned off in your browser settings at any time.
Do Not Track: our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
Children: our newsletter, SMS, and push signup prompts are directed to adults and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
