Welcome to Huebugs! By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.

What we sell:

Original digital coloring packs for kids, delivered as printable PDF files. We also offer personalized and custom design services as described on their product pages.

License — what you CAN do:

• Print the files as many times as you like for personal, family, classroom, or party use.

• Use personalized and custom files delivered to you in the same personal ways.

License — what you CANNOT do:

• Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or publish our files, free or paid.

• Claim our designs as your own or use them in products you sell.

Delivery:

Instant-download products are delivered by download link immediately after payment. Personalized Name Packs are delivered by email within 48 hours of completing the brief form. Custom Design Service files are delivered by email within 5 business days of completing the brief form. See our Digital Delivery Policy for details.

Refunds:

See our Refund Policy. Successfully delivered digital files are not eligible for general refunds; defective, corrupted, duplicated, or materially misdescribed files will be fixed or refunded in full.

Custom and personalized orders:

These are made to order based on your brief. Please double-check spelling and details before submitting — we create exactly what you approve.
