Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, we do not offer general refunds on successfully delivered files.

When we WILL make it right:

If your file is defective, corrupted, duplicated, or materially different from its description, we will fix it or refund you in full — your choice.

How to request help:

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase at ouzzaouitashraf@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond and resolve it promptly.

Personalized and custom items:

Personalized Name Packs and Custom Design Service items are made to order. If the finished file does not match your approved brief (for example, a name you spelled correctly in the brief appears misspelled), we will correct it free of charge. Change-of-mind requests after successful delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Please contact us first if anything goes wrong — we resolve most issues within 48 hours.
