Every apparel item is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your hoodie, tee, sweatshirt, or long sleeve is printed just for you after you check out. That means two separate time windows:
Production (making your item): 2–5 business days on average before it ships.
Transit (getting it to you): once shipped, standard delivery to US addresses takes about 3–4 business days.
Total estimate: roughly 5–9 business days from order to doorstep. These are honest estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production and shipping can take longer because of stock levels, design-file issues, carrier disruptions, or holidays.
Tracking: every order ships with tracking. You'll get an automatic shipment email with your tracking number, usually within 24 hours of the order shipping. You can also follow the shipment from your order's tracking link.
Split shipments: different products can be made at different facilities, so multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages — each package gets its own tracking number.

Express: a faster express option appears at checkout on eligible items.
Digital products: coloring packs, PNG bundles, and other downloads are delivered instantly — you'll get your download link right after checkout and by email. No shipping, no waiting.
Packaging: your order ships in plain packaging with no third-party logos.
Check your address before ordering. Orders enter production soon after they're placed, so double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute an order that's already being made.
